This contemporary room is inspired by the overlooking garden and is furnished in a simple palate, of fresh white fabrics and a splash of rich colour. The roll-top bath and luxury toiletries invite a lingering bathroom experience, pampering the senses and calming the mind.
ROOM RATES 2010
£130 per night (£65 per person), inclusive of breakfast and based on two persons sharing.
A single occupancy supplement of £50 per night, applies to the above, per person room rate.
Unfortunately, due to the historical nature of the building, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.
Arrival is welcome anytime after 3.00 PM.
On the day of departure, check-out is 11.00 AM.

Simmons of Rye Guest House may be hired for a private function or party offering sole use of the property and accommodating and catering for your guests. A dedicated event planning and Butler Service ensures all your needs and requirements are met. Please contact us for further information.

At the time of booking, in order to secure your reservation, we require your credit or debit card details. A letter of confirmation will then be sent to you.
Simmons of Rye Guest House operates a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy in which we require 72 Hours notice of a reservation cancellation. If less than 72 Hours (Three Days) notice of cancellation is made, 50% of the total accommodation cost is payable. Any notification of cancellation or booking amendment should be made in writing, via e-mail or letter.
We welcome payment via Delta, Master Card, Visa, Solo & Maestro.
