In accordance with its Code of Ethics, Simmons of Rye Guest House aims to:
- Welcome all guests, respecting their culture, belief, diversity, and where possible, accommodating any specific physical need or dietary preference
- Where possible, source all ingredients and produce from local, organic farmers and fair-trade suppliers
- Minimises its carbon foot-print by actively re-cycling and using products that are bio-degradable and environmentally friendly
