£135 (£67.50 per person), per night, inclusive of breakfast and based on two persons sharing.
The Mint | The Hucksteps
£145 (£72.50 per person), per night, inclusive of breakfast and based on two persons sharing.
The Watchbell Suite
£165 (£82.50 per person), per night, inclusive of breakfast and based on two persons sharing.
Additional Information
A single occupancy supplement of £50 per night, applies to the above, per person room rate.
A minimum of a two night stay is applicable at weekends.
Unfortunately, due to the historical nature of the building, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.
Arrival is welcome anytime after 3.00 PM.
On the day of departure, check-out is 11.00 AM.

Simmons of Rye Guest House may be hired for a private function or party offering sole use of the property and accommodating and catering for your guests. A dedicated event planning and Butler Service ensures all your needs and requirements are met. Please contact us for further information.

Reservations
For reservations, you can either make a secure online reservation by checking availability or alternatively, please contact us via e-mail at info@simmonsofrye.co.uk or telephone: 01797 226 032.
Simmons of Rye Guest House operates a Five Day Cancellation & Amendment Policy in which we require a minimum of 5 Days notice of a reservation cancellation or amendment.
If less than five days notice of a cancellation or amended booking is made, 50% of the total accommodation cost is payable.
Any notification of cancellation or booking amendment should be made in writing, via e-mail or letter.
We welcome payment via Delta, Master, Visa, Solo & Maestro Credit & Debit Cards.
